“It’s a huge honour and something I wanted to do in my career to play 150 games somewhere and I have been really happy to do it with Lonnie,” Harris said.
The 25-year-old debuted with the Blues in 2008,missing out on a spot in their NTFL premiership side that year.
“I kicked off my career in State League the following year and played in the reserves flag that year and went on to play in the senior TSL premiership in 2011.
“Winning the flag that year would definitely rank as a career highlight -I love the club which is a family club and it’s been good fun to be around all the boys with some good mateship down there.”
Harris has been vice-captain and served in the Blues leadership group for the past four or five years. “There are not many more guys who have played more games than me now that we have a young group but we are definitely on the rise.”
