The “eight straight” reunion will follow the Saints round one encounter with Hillwood at Blue Gum Park on Saturday.
President Adam Walker said Dale Chugg, who coached the first five flags, and three-time premiership coach Anthony Axton will be on deck to reminisce about the golden era.
“What the club was able to do back then is something unbelievable and something I may not see in my lifetime again,” Walker said.
“We are in the same boat now as the club was 16 years ago so it will be great for our young players to see how they managed to turn things around and find a lot of success.
“The club over the eight premierships had 53 players, which is remarkable to think some players where just starting out their careers and yet others where finishing.”
Walker said there were only three players luckily enough to play in the premiership.
The reunion will feature talks from past coaches and guest speakers with a club memorabilia auction.
