The Point sit above their rivals on the ladder based on percentage, although Trevallyn claimed a three-wicket win last time they met in round four.
Trevallyn captain-coach Damien Whybrow said his playing 11 would need to be in top form to take down the Tamar Valley Tigers.
Trevallyn are in indifferent form, defeating Longford before Christmas and losing to the Tigers last week.
Whybrow said Mitchell Chugg would miss and Zac Tatnell would return.
"We were very, very disappointing last week," he said.
"Beauty Point have got some good players - Savage, Eltringham, Hills are all very good cricketers, and you have to get them early. If you don't, they go on to make a big score.
"All I am hoping for is that we are competitive for 80 overs."
Meanwhile, Beauty Point's batsmen had a field day against Diggers six days ago, piling on 350, which included a Jason Savage century and a Rob Eltringham 83.
HADSPEN play Perth at home, a side they steamrolled earlier this season by seven wickets.
The Chieftains welcome back opening batsman Damien Woods and wicketkeeper Brenton Gale, while Jacob Casteller is unavailable for the match.
Captain-coach Scott Driessen, who put on a 165-run partnership with Clinton Moore (138) against Legana last week, praised his team's ongoing consistency, but warned them not to become complacent.
"It would be good to score 300 every week, but I think that had a lot to do with the size of the ground [Legana], but Clint batted really well coming in at a difficult time and it shows exactly what we expect of him. Zak Barber took five wickets also in a good all-round performance," Driessen said.
"Perth probably haven't probably won as many games as they wanted to but they are still a dangerous side.
"They have the potential to score very quick runs."
LONGFORD will be without Hamish Jones for the next four weeks after the left-arm strike bowler fractured his thumb in a work mishap this week.
Aiden Hume will also miss, but Longford regain Jesse Arnol and wicketkeeper Jackson Blair to take on the Tigers at Faulkner Park.
Longford captain-coach Josh Adams said the club was in a fortunate position to call on its deep talent.
"The bowling has been pretty good all year and there is room for improvement with our batting, but I think the top order is slowly starting to step up," Adams said.
Longford bowled the Tigers out for just 72 in November - a performance Tigers captain-coach Matthew Wells does not want to repeat.
The home side will swap Jason Reeves for Shane Evans and Jason Richards for Zac Barwick, who is unavailable.
"Trevallyn were looking good to score 250-plus last week and we kept at the task to reduce them to under 200, and then we followed it up with a decent batting performance," Wells said.
"You have to go into every game thinking you can win, otherwise we probably shouldn't be playing. But I'm sure if we can stick to what we do best, we can be competitive against whoever we play.
"Against a side like Longford, you need a bit of luck along the way as well."
DIGGERS stand-in coach Adam Davie said his side would need to vastly improve their bowling effort if they were to continue Legana's winless run this weekend.
Davie said the Hagley-based outfit conceded too many runs against Beauty Point by bowling terrible line and lengths.
"Beauty Point came out attacking and we couldn't find the right line after that - it turned out to be a big chase," he said.
"We have to bowl 100 per cent better and try and get early wickets this week, and you never know what Legana are going to do on the day.
"Paul Fruin made his first A-grade Premier League 100 in a good top-order partnership last week, but we just fell away in the tail."
