And rightfully so. It is simply brilliant and you can catch our review this week in The Sunday Examiner.
To coincide with the game, developer Supermassive Games and Sony Computer Entertainment have released a special companion app, which will unlock secrets as you play, logs your collectables and tracks your characters' history.
You can also find out the history of the game's location, Blackwood Pines.
All you need to do is download the app for either your iPhone and Android device, and then make sure your device is on the same Wi-Fi network as your PlayStation 4 console - and then you're ready to go.
Cartoon look
Warner Bros Interactive has released some more information - this time on the Simpsons characters featured in its highly anticipated LEGO DIMENSIONS.
The Simpsons level featured in the starter pack will feature some rather unique character animation compared with the rest of the game to give it that true cartoon look.
Players will face an unlikely pair of evil masterminds - Lord Business and The Joker, who have joined Lord Vortech's legion of villains and invaded Springfield.
It will be up to the heroes of Springfield to defeat the evil trio and restore peace and order to the town.
LEGO Dimensions launches on September 28 for Xbox 36 and One, PlayStation 3 and 4, PC and Nintendo WiiU.
Retro car pack
Bandai Namco has released a new rather cool, retro DLC pack for PROJECTS CARS.
The "Old v New" car pack features three retro machines and their modern-day counterparts from the factories of BMW, Ford and Ruf.
The vehicles include Ford's iconic Mustang (old and new) the CTR Yellowbird from Ruf as well as BMW's 2002 Turbo and 320TC.
