Both matches are expected to be close encounters with the home ground advantage perhaps swaying things in favour of the home teams.
``Westbury finished on top of the third grade ladder on the back of some consistent performances over the year and a reasonably settled line-up,'' Cricket Tasmania Northern administrator David Fry said.
``They beat South Launceston in each of their three roster matches this year, however South are coming off a very good win against Launceston in last week's semi-final, whereas Westbury struggled to beat George Town in a low scoring match.
``Both teams should be at close to full strength with a number of schoolboy cricketers back to bolster their ranks.''
In fourth grade, the team that made the running for most of the season, South Launceston Gold, was beaten by fourth placed Westbury in last week's semi-finals.
``South Gold batted first and were all out on the last ball of the innings for a competitive score of 167,'' Fry said.
``Westbury's middle order of Shaughan Killalea, Dylan Schnoor and James Tyson all made good scores and Westbury passed the South Launceston score in the 38th over for a five-wicket win.
``In the other semi-final, Launceston batted first and were all out for 157, again a fairly good result against George Town at Crothers Oval.
``In reply, George Town won by two wickets in 38 overs in a tight match.
``Once again, both grand finalists are playing some good cricket of late and have solid line-ups for this match.''
The grand finals start at 10.30am.
