The 26-year-old Roozendaal returned to the club last season and has worked hard to improve his fitness and skills this year, polling votes in all but two games during the season.
Demonstrating his consistency and reliability, midfielder Allan O'Sign was runner up, collecting his sixth Neil Maynard Trophy.
TSL team of the year member Taylor Whitford was third in the vote tally.
Bridport-based midfielder Christian Barnes won his first Tony ``Chang'' Young (Senior) Medal as the club's best and fairest in the Colts.
Barnes joined the club as a 16-year-old in 2010 as has been a member of the club's under 18 and colts premiership teams.
The Bill Manion Trophy for best and fairest runner up in the Colts was shared between two fifteen-year old Tasmanian under-16 representatives in Hayden Goss and Logan Reynolds.
The Robbie Saunders Medal for the under 18s best and fairest was won by Karl Schmell with Jonty Manktelow receiving the Peter Daniel Trophy as the runner up.
President Thane Brady announced senior coach Zane Littlejohn would be supported next season by senior assistant coaches Adrian Smith and Paul Holmes.
