The state independent schools reigning premier continued the dominance that saw it go through the season undefeated recording a comfortable 11.14 (80) to 3.7 (25) victory.
St Pats players Jake Kolodjashnij and Marcus Lee, who both play for Launceston and Tassie Mariners, were the dominant players on the ground.
``It was a fantastic win in a tough game with a very close first half,'' St Pats coach Laine Cleaver said.
``The boys lifted enormously after half time, had a great third quarter and finished it off in the last quarter turning a couple of goal advantage at half-time into a 10-goal win.''
St Pats captain Jake Laskey scored a rare individual double captaining the side to a state football premiership.
It was a repeat of the feat he achieved earlier in the year as captain of the school's senior firsts cricket team.
St Pats made it double premiership victories for the day beating Scotch Oakburn in the senior seconds grand final 10.12 (72) to 6.6 (42).
