Adams was the first Tasmanian to taste success, beating Tanner Foord of the ACT 17 points to nine in the junior men's 66kg weight division.
2010 Commonwealth Games member Luke Woods, from Latrobe, totally outclassed his Queensland opponent Peter Lazurus 20 points to five in the elite men's 64kg division..
Tasmania's first female to take to the ring at the titles, Georgie Bailey, lost narrowly to Victoria's Kim Baldacchino 11 points to 16 in the elite women's 60kg division.
In the final fight of the night, elite men's heavyweight Zac Faulkner proved too good for the ACT's Stephen Reynolds 16 points to 10.
Earlier, Launceston's Darren Smith was no match for Victoria's Sacha Peters, losing 13 points to two after trailing 8-0 after the first round.

On Monday, Latrobe's Dylan Cochrane became the state's first winner of championships when he beat Pavel Nikiforov, of NSW, six points to three in the under-15 men's 36kg division during the afternoon session.
Launceston's Bailey Seabourne won a tight three-round contest against Jaoby Stevens, of NSW, in the under-15 42kg division 37 points to 32 on countback after the judges had scored the fight at 12-all at the bell.
