Most of the 16,000 people who attended the Marion Bay festival were up relatively early to start packing up and so were the numerous cleaning crews.
Event spokeswoman Helen Ransom said the festival had been wonderful - despite the technical mishap that ended the Flaming Lips' set just after their countdown into 2013.
"Overall, it was a wonderful event and we were just so pleased with how it all went," Ms Ransom said.
There was an increased police and paramedic presence watching over the New Year's Eve festivities, yet Ms Ransom said no incidents were reported from the night.
However, it is understood some revellers may have been dealt drugs that caused them to have seizures and seek medical assistance.
Ms Ransom said patrons enjoyed a free barbecue before they hit the road yesterday, which was relatively stress-free with no major delays.
Police also conducted random breath-testing on motorists leaving the event.Ms Ransom said the cleaning crews would work over the next three days to restore the farm property ready for next New Year's Eve.
