Red paint has been sprayed on the ABC Melbourne office entrance windows and logo, and the message "tell the truth about Palestine" has been spray painted in white.
The Whistleblowers, Activists and Communities Alliance (WACA) shared a video of the incident which it said was "sent in by anonymous".
The footage shows people in hoods and dark clothing running with spray paint equipment to the ABC office before unleashing the paint on the windows and walls.
The caption alongside the video addressed the ABC from "concerned community members" and said the national broadcaster had blood on its hands.

"Your support of "Israels" [sic] propoganda campaign is unethical, cowardly, and violent," it said.
It also listed other news outlets for "biased coverage" and encouraged "concerned citizens to stand strong in their resistance".
Victoria Police confirmed investigations into the incident were under way.
Police were called to reports unknown offenders had spray painted the building in Southbank about 3.50am on December 22, a spokesperson said.

The incident comes days after activists staged a "die-in" outside the office of Melbourne newspaper The Age on December 20.
About 60 activists wore press vests and helmets and lay on the ground outside the building "to protest the Australian media silence on journalist deaths in Gaza", Free Palestine Melbourne said in a statement.
The ABC has made headlines this week for cancelling journalist Antoinette Lattouf's gig filling in as host of the ABC Sydney morning show.
Ms Lattouf shared her disappointment on social media and said she believed she was terminated unlawfully.
"This is not a win for journalism or critical, fair thinking," she said in the statement.
The ABC declined to comment.
