Jack Latham won the short-course event at the Tasmanian Duathlon Championships in Devonport.
Completing the 2.5-kilometre run, 10km ride and 2.5km nearly five minutes ahead of his opponents at Coles Beach, secured Latham the junior male division as Chloe Jordan won the female category.
Luka Jackson won the junior youth category with Bryce Chilcott backing up Saturday's TRIX3 indoor triathlon to take second place. Cassy Hinds completed her second duathlon to claim the women's win while Kate Chambers won the female veterans from Lisa Sharman and Nicole Sharpe.
Jonte Armitstead and Georgia Chambers won the junior sprints while second-placed super veteran John Gregory claimed the age group championship. Closely behind him was Joseph Phillips who claimed the male seniors.
Katherine Mills won the female super veterans and Anna Murton the female seniors.
Cradle Coast Triathlon and Multisport club will present their next club event on Sunday, December 19, in Stanley.
