More than 700 young participants will have danced in the festival by the time it draws to a close on Saturday, October 6.
On Wednesday, performers amazed the audience and adjudicators with talented displays of classical, tap, jazz, modern and neo, and broadway or cabaret dancing.
One of the day’s sections was the 13-years broadway or cabaret solo.

Adjudicator Nicky Mengeo said there was a wide variety of themes in the section which were all very enjoyable.
“I loved the costumes,” she said.
Families have travelled from across the state to participate in the dancing festival, which aims to build confidence, independence, and character in participants.
