Alex Duncan was one of two staff members about to start work at the Trevallyn Gourmet Bakery when thieves wielding a shotgun and wearing clown masks stormed the businesses.
Mr Duncan and fellow baker Josh Humphries were tied up and gagged after the robbers stole a sum of money from the bakery and made off in the beige 2007 V8 Landcruiser.
His brother Matt is offering $2,500 cash to anyone who has information about the location of the vehicle.
“It's worth heaps more than its insurance policy ... we want it back in one piece, with all the 4x4 equipment,” Matt Duncan wrote on Facebook.
Police are continuing investigations into the incident, anyone with information should contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
