While it is not an agenda item, a number of community members are planning to ask questions about the proposed Westbury prison.
The site where the prison is proposed is privately owned, not the council's land. The council is not expected to discuss the prison as an agenda item at its meetings until a development application has been submitted.
However, councillor John Temple has submitted a number of questions on notice about the prison ahead of the meeting.
