Despite recording arguably their best result of the season when holding perennial title contenders South Hobart on Saturday, coach Alex Gaetani was left grateful for some extra time to assess his depleted squad.
American full-back Michael Monticchio limped off with a hamstring injury and is likely to miss most of the rest of the season along with home-grown defender Jasper King who missed the game through illness.
In-form English striker Chris Wademan also left the field holding a hamstring and remains a watching brief while a fifth yellow card means a suspension for Argentine playmaker Luca Vigilante.

With the rearranged trip to Devonport no longer scheduled for Wednesday, Olympic have a two-week break before they welcome bottom-placed Clarence to Windsor Park.
But having initially been scheduled to play the top four on consecutive weekends, the top-flight newcomers are now due to face their four rivals in the bottom half of the table.
"We've now got a week off, we'll get fresh, have time away then our next four games are very winnable," Gaetani said.
The fledgling coach said the 0-0 draw against Ken Morton's powerhouse outfit suggested his young side is learning to swim in the deep waters of the statewide league.
"It's a buzz for the rest of the season to get more points and finish positively.
"We're going to be a very good team in the future. We've got substance now. Good teams can defend. We have not been able to do that for long enough but are starting to now.
"Individually, although we are younger than most other teams, talent-wise we are getting there, it'll just take time. Players like Liam Gilmour and Will Humphrey are as good as any youngsters in this competition."
Launceston City go from playing the league's bottom side to facing its top and coach Lino Sciulli is hoping to take the momentum gained from a 4-0 defeat of Clarence into Saturday's showdown with Devonport.
"It's a really tough game," he said.
"We'll have a few people back but they are bigger than us and we know we'll have to work really hard to get anything out of the game."
Martin Mitreski, Mackenzie Hancox, Tom Ottavi and Isaac Degetto shared the goals around in the first half against Clarence before the enforced departure of the influential Shane Cartwright stalled City's progress.
