Voting for the North-West seat of Montgomery and southern electorate divisions Nelson and Pembroke was held on Saturday.
Returns from the smaller North-West one hour into counting put Ms Hiscutt well in front of her main opponent Labor's Michelle Rippon and independent Cheryl Fuller with a claim to 45 per cent of the votes - a lead she maintained throughout the contest.
The win will see Ms Hiscutt the Leader of Government Business in the Legislative Council serve another six years in the chamber.
The Liberals campaigned hard against Labor's stance on minimum mandatory sentences for serious child sex offenders within the electorate in the lead-up to polling day.
Ms Siejka held a comfortable lead early on in Pembroke and obtained 45.1 per cent of the overall vote once 83.3 per cent of ballots counted.
She had campaigned hard on disability issues before the weekend, particularly regarding issues associated with the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
Former Rumney independent MLC Tony Mulder made a slight impact early on, trailing Liberal candidate Kristy Johnson by about 900 votes.
The 10-way tussle for Nelson has made it unclear who will take the seat and the final decision will be essentially decided by preferences.
The seat was left open by independent Jim Wilkinson who retired this year.
Liberal candidate Nic Street, however, emerged as leader with 23.7 per cent of votes once 80.1 per cent of overall votes were counted.
Independent Vica Bayley was nest closest with 15.8 per cent of the vote followed by Meg Webb, Anglicare's Social Action and Research Centre manager with 13.8 per cent.
The election for the Nelson seat was tipped to be a fight between these three and former Labor parliamentarian Madeleine Ogilvie who scored 12.5 per cent of votes counted.
Greens candidate Deborah Brewer won 11 per cent of votes counted.
Labor did not run a candidate in Nelson.

Polls closed at 6pm in the North-West seat of Montgomery and southern electorate divisions Nelson and Pembroke.
Nelson is regarded to be the most hotly contested seat with 10 candidates competing for the seat which was left vacant through the retirement of Jim Wilkinson.
Labor's Jo Siejka is once again up for election having won Pembroke 18 months ago in a by-election and will face off against four opponents.
Liberal incumbent Leonie Hiscutt is fighting for her re-election against three opponents.
There were 27,913 electors enrolled in Montgomery, 24,086 enrolled in Nelson, and 22,980 in Pembroke.
