The A-League will follow the example set by the NRL's bunker and the World Cup in Russia by creating a centralised facility for the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) system.

In response the technical glitch that marred last season's grand final, all VAR decisions next season will be made in the same location.
It should mean there is sufficient back-up in the event of another software failure, like the one that occurred just before Melbourne Victory's Kosta Barbarouses scored the only goal of the grand final.
There was a clear offside in the build-up but the VAR was unable to intervene because of the embarrassing malfunction.
A-League boss Greg O'Rourke made the announcement as the draw for the 2018-19 campaign was released on Thursday.
Adelaide United will host Sydney FC in the opening match on Friday, October 19, with Melbourne Victory and Melbourne City to contest a derby at Etihad Stadium the following day.
For the first time, the A-League will stop for FIFA international windows.
The start of the season is two weeks later than usual, with the change made to avoid a clash with the first window in October.
The competition will break again in November and March - but there will be no recess during the Asian Cup, which runs from January 5 to February 1 in the United Arab Emirates.
That is consistent with two previous seasons when the Asian Cup has been held overseas in 2007 and 2011.
However, O'Rourke said the tournament - where the Socceroos will defend the title they won on home soil in 2015 - had been taken into account in creating the draw.
"The draw has been constructed in such a way that will allow a natural flow from one competition to the other from a broadcast perspective, to create a summer football schedule that will see 31 Hyundai A-League matches played in 27 days throughout," he said.
In the three remaining fixtures in the opening round, Wellington Phoenix host Newcastle Jets, Brisbane Roar face Central Coast Mariners and Perth Glory battle Western Sydney Wanderers.
With Allianz Stadium out of action, Sydney FC face a derby clash with the Wanderers at the SCG in round two and will also play home games at Jubilee Oval and Leichhardt Oval.
The Jets will take on Victory in a grand final rematch in round three in Newcastle.
Brisbane, meanwhile, will host Adelaide in the A-League's first Anzac Day fixture in round 27.
The finals series begins on the weekend of May 3-5 with the grand final to be played on the weekend of May 18-19.
