Starting at 3pm, the procession will pass through Perth, before arriving in Launceston and travelling north along the East Tamar Highway.
After looping around the George Town Road turn off, the trucks will complete the return leg to Symmons Plains.
The best places to view the parade include the banks of the Tamar River and Tasmania Polytechnic.
It will be followed by some ‘90s nostalgia at Village Cinemas, which will stage a special screening of Days of Thunder on Thursday.
The NASCAR classic will form part of an off-site activation for the race, which also includes a signing session featuring four of the drivers.
Will Davison, Todd Hazelwood, Lee Hodsworth and Jack Le Brocq will be on hand to meet racing fans at the event, from 5.30pm.
Village Cinemas Launceston site manager Michelle Turner said good timing was behind the collaboration.
“Days of Thunder was re-released on digital cinema package, so we thought it would be a nice tie in with the SuperSprint,” he said.
“Launceston is one of two Village sites in Australia to screen the movie, so we have been pretty lucky with the way it has come together.”
Starring Tom Cruise, Days of Thunder is about a young stock-car driver, who is given the opportunity to compete at the top level.
Everyone who buys tickets to Thursday’s screening will go in the running to receive one of three trackside double passes to the SuperSprint, which has paddock entry and a behind-the-scenes Supercar garage tour.
Winners of the package will be announced before the start of the movie.
Motorsport fans will also have the chance to create their own unique piece of memorabilia by having their photo taken in The Examiner photo booth and having it adorn a specially made front page.
Day of Thunder will be shown from 7.30pm at Village Cinemas on Brisbane Street.
The Tasmanian SuperSprint will be held on Saturday, April 7, and Sunday, April 8.
Final practice for the races will take place on Friday, April 6.
