Hundreds turned out to support the annual event, which this year was raising money for the village’s memory support unit.
Aldersgate Residential Services Manager Suezanne Houder said the fair was something the whole community could enjoy.
“This event gives our residents a chance to enjoy a fun fair, but we also wanted to open it up to the entire community,” she said.
“It is something people can share with the residents.
“They really enjoy it and it is just great to see such a big turnout of happy faces.”
Copies of the Aldersgate Choir’s new CD were also on sale, with an official launch to be held in the coming weeks.
