The not-for-profit private health insurer took out the award for the second year running on Tuesday at an awards ceremony in Melbourne.
The company has introduced several new initiatives for its clients over the past year, including a new Northern postnatal service and an online medical health record system.
St.Luke’sHealth has also registered to the new HICAPS GO payment system, ensuring automatic repayments for customers.
The Roy Morgan Customer Service Awards hands out awards to the 32 companies providing the most consistent service to their clients in their field.
Categories span over finance, retail, telecommunications, travel and tourism, utilities and automotive.
