Parks and wildlife propose to construct a new building with two micro flushing toilets to cater for future demands.
The development application, submitted to Meander Valley Council, says the organisation estimates the facilities would be used by 100 people per day.
The toilets use less than half a litre of water per flush and will use rainwater collected in tanks on site.
