St Patrick’s grade 10 construction students are putting their skills to use for a good cause, creating a cubby house to be auctioned for charity.

The cubby house formed part of the students’ assignment work and will be auctioned off with the help of auctioneer Josh Hart.

Funds raised from the auction will be shared between the Ronald McDonald House and the Cancer Council.

The cubby house will be auctioned at Bunnings in North Launceston at its Family Night on Thursday, from 6pm to 8pm.

The free Bunnings event will also offer children’s activities, a car display, sausage sizzle, entertainment and jumping castles.
