The open day will celebrate the occasion with music, food and family entertainment.
Eskleigh chief executive officer Dale Luttrell said the day would also be an opportunity for people who have an association with Eskleigh to share their stories and photos for an upcoming book about the organisation.
“It is an achievement for an organisation to be still going and providing the same service after 70 years,” Mr Luttrell said.
There will be alpacas, reptile rescue, face painting and family entertainment on show on Saturday.
The festivities will start at 10am and will run into the afternoon.
Entry costs a gold coin, although paying $5 will add people to an entry prize, worth $1000.
