More than 500 craft-lovers turned out for the inaugural market on November 19, prompting event organisers to extend the December 3 market's opening hours to 1.30pm.
Sunday's market will also have additional stallholders with 22 high-quality Tasmanian designers to browse from.
Penny Royal Launceston operations manager Christopher McGimpsey said there will be a stall selling annual park passes, just in time for Christmas.
Market-goers are advised to park at the Margaret Street car park, snap a photo of their parking ticket and present it at the Penny Royal Restaurant to receive a two-for-one coffee.
Food and drinks will be available from the restaurant at 9am and Brady's Tavern from 11am.
