Starting on Sunday, November 19 the Design Market will be held from 8.30am to 12.30pm.
“The market will operate on the first and third Sunday of every month, and we foresee it becoming a new destination for original gifts and homewares as well as a place for families to enjoy our village of food, wine and adventure experiences,” JAC Group managing director Dean Cocker said.
“The market is part of the ongoing reinvigoration of the precinct, which now includes Penny Royal Wine Bar and Restaurant, casual eatery Brady’s Tavern, which opened October 2017, the Relbia Estate Cellar Door and a series of adventure experiences including zip-lining, rock-climbing and Matthew Brady’s Dark Ride.”
Some of the local makers will include Ollie & Ava, indulgent bath, body and home fragrance products inspired by the lush Tasmanian wilderness and Flat Out Bottle Tas, art and homewares made by recycling local glass wine bottles.
Visitors to the market will be able to browse the wares, while also enjoying live music and local food and wine.
