The hosts lost their opening match to ACL by six wickets after posting 4-105 from their 20 overs.
Tim Crawford finished 39 not out with four sixes to his name, while Simon Thomas (21) and Lee Clarke (19) made solid contributions.
The Bluebacks shared the wickets with Diggers batsman only getting on top of Drew Clark (1-51).
ACL took 19 overs to surpass the target with Matthew Oates (31) and Shaun Woods (32 not out) doing most of the work.
In their second match, Diggers piled on 8-153 against Beauty Point to earn a 42-run win despite being 5-33 at one stage. Crawford was again dangerous with 31 but he was outclassed by teammate Adam Henderson (46) with some late hitting.
Gavin Nutting (2-22), Jason Savage (2-16) and Quinton Tahiri (3-21) put in strong efforts, while in reply the Tamar Tigers lost regular wickets throughout to end up 8-110.
Jarred Bailey top-scored with 27 and Zac Kilby worked his way to 24. Diggers captain-coach Andrew Bassett bowled beautifully to collect figures of 4-20.
LONGFORD thrashed Legana at home by six wickets.
The Country Tigers were asked to field first and their bowlers relished the opportunity, bowling the Durhams out for 40 in 18.2 overs.
Cory Taylor (12) and captain Aaron Dusautoy (10) were the only batsmen to reach double figures as Adam Smith (2-6), Rob Moore (2-10) and Dilan Sandagirigoda (3-1) made life difficult by taking regular wickets.
It took Longford just 39 balls to get the victory despite Shannon Rumbel being caught out off Nathan Van Noord’s first delivery of the innings.
The reigning premiers finished 4-41 with Sandagirigoda smacking 24 off 19 deliveries.
CRESSY overcame Hadspen in a tight tussle on Friday night, defeating the Chieftains by 20 runs.
The Bulldogs were in some trouble at 6-72 with six overs to go in the opening innings with two minor collapses whereby they twice lost three wickets in quick succession.
Brody Ling hit a handy 24 through the middle overs before some big hitting from Sam Luttrell (25) guided the visitors to 9-110.
Nick Price (3-12) and Dave Smith (3-25) were Hadspen’s best with the ball.
Hadspen’s innings started in disastrous fashion with opener Damian Woods trapped LBW by Danny Bennett four balls in for 0.
The hosts were 2-24 when Nathan Balym (12) fell in the fourth over before skipper Liam Reynolds mounted a slight fightback to have his team needing 70 runs off 84 balls for victory when he departed for 20.
The Chieftains then lost 7-50 to be bowled out in the 19th over in near darkness with Bennett (2-17), Ling (2-18), Sam Henley (2-14) and Sam Graham (2-17) picking up eight wickets between them. Cressy is undefeated in four matches, while Hadspen has yielded two wins and three losses.
