Tasmanian full-time workers worked 38.8 hours per week on average in the year to the end of July, state Treasury analysis of Australian Bureau of Statistics original terms figures showed.
Part-time workers averaged 16.5 hours per week.
Total hours worked by all Tasmanians decreased by 0.4 per cent, year on year.
