EnduroGP world champion Phillips completed the six-day event with a fifth placed finish in the final motocross test on Sunday.
The result was enough for Phillips to finish the event 19th overall.
Phillips helped lead the Australian world trophy team, with teammates Daniel Saunders, Daniel Milner and Joshua Green, to a second place in the team classification behind hosts France.
The Australian team won the last two days of competition but was not able to overturn the commanding lead France had gained during the first four days.
Phillips returns to the EnduroGP world championship for GP of UK at Hawkstone Park starting on September 23.
Phillips sits third in the standings with two rounds remaining.
He is 57 points behind leader Steve Holcombe, of Great Britain, 20 points behind Loic Larrieu, of France, and two points ahead of Nathan Wilson, of Great Britain.
