Uneven trends on borrowing
The estimated value of Tasmanian commercial finance commitments dropped by 1.7 per cent to $3.59 billion in the year to the end of June, state Treasury analysis of original terms Australian Bureau of Statistics figures showed.
The estimated value of Tasmanian personal finance commitments increased by 2.2 per cent to $1.02 billion in the same period, the ABS found.
