Co-ordinated by the National Methylamphetamine Strategy Group, the nationwide operation focused on detecting drugs being distributed through the mail service.
The results from the operation were released in Adelaide on Wednesday, confirming that 23 seizures were made in Tasmania.
Two people within the state have already been arrested in relation to the operation.
Nationally, 40.6 kilograms of Methamphetamine was seized along with 23.5kg of cannabis, 13.5kg of cocaine, 2.2kg of heroin, 855 grams of MDMA and 507g of steroids.
The operation was conducted at different times in different states over the last month, with packages examined by mobile x-ray units to identify and locate prohibited drugs.
Police then conducted follow up inquiries in the days following.
Arrests have been made by each federal, state and territory agency.
