For several years now the Christ Church Longford Anglican Men’s Society has done hard yakka in order to raise funds which it can then distribute within the Longford community, to a Mission in Africa which AMS support as a national project, to The Examiner Winter Relief Appeal and to other causes.

We are grateful for the opportunity we are given to raise these funds and the privilege of using them to aid others.
We are a very small group enthusiastically led by Rev Henry Ivey, (the late) Gordon Millar OAM and Peter Hoyle with others – not all AMS members - chipping in to share the working bee load.
We know our modest contribution (of $500 towards the appeal) will be well used in the community.
