Hinds has been named in the back pocket for his second match of the AFL under-18 national championships.
The 18-year-old will line up alongside fellow Tassie Mariners Tom Mundy (Burnie), Hugh Dixon (Tigers) and Zac Buechner (Clarence).
It will be Buechner’s maiden match for the Allies after being a late squad replacement for Launceston’s Chayce Jones (broken ankle).
Dixon has been included in all three matches at full forward and kicked two majors last week at Adelaide Oval, while Mundy kept his spot and will start the WA game on the wing.
North Launceston’s Tarryn Thomas will miss the Allies’ third match, having played in the previous two losses to Vic Country and South Australia.
The Allies’ final match of the carnival is against Vic Metro on July 4.
