Neubert victim Josephine Ramos Cooper requires 24-hour care

The husband of a woman shot in the hand at a busy Hobart intersection has detailed his wife’s suffering in the wake of the incident. 

On May 14, 2015, Klaus Dieter Neubert, 74, of Lymington, stopped his wife Olga Neubert at traffic lights in New Town, shooting her dead and injuring her friend Josephine Ramos Cooper. 

Mrs Ramos Cooper is seeking damages from Neubert.

Her husband Roger Tasman Cooper married Mrs Ramos Cooper in 1987.

He told the Hobart Supreme Court his wife was now unable to complete basic tasks.
