The free Sounds of the Tamar afternoon, from 12pm to 5:30pm, will be held at the Windsor Sound Shell for young people to enjoy live music, games, and fun.
Hosted by headspace Launceston and supported by West Tamar Council and YMCA Launceston, the event will include a youth makers market for 12 to 25-year-olds to sell their crafts, while young musicians will take to the stage.
Musicians Holly Garwood and Maggie Taylor will both be performing.
“Come and check it out, there’s lots of different things,” Miss Taylor said.
“It’s not just music, there’s a bunch of stalls and food.”
