Event director James Harding said the event normally had 25 stalls, but that number had increased to 40 in 2017.
“There are some really great festival highlight brews. Boags actually have a festival only brew called Oscar’s Run … that is exciting for a local big brewery to go to an effort like that,” he said.
His advice for the eager beer punters was to enjoy quality over quantity, and bring a jacket.
“Stop sip and savour, get tastings and samples so you can really taste all the different brews on offer.”
The gates open at 2pm on Saturday. Tickets $25.
