Held at 11am at Spring Beach in Orford, the ceremony will conclude with a piper leading the gathering towards the water's edge, where people are encouraged to cast a flower or wreath into the water.
Network secretary Chris Haigh said anyone was welcome to attend the event.
“This is a memorial day for everybody, not just families and friends who have experienced the loss of suicide,” Mrs Haigh said.
“People have commented in previous years that they leave with a sense of peace and calmness after the ceremony.”
ABC radio personality Ryk Goddard will act as master of ceremonies at the event, while Tasmanian featherweight boxing champion Luke Jackson will be guest speaker.
Spring Bay Lions Club will host a barbecue lunch after the event.
