The big day of girls football saw 13 teams and more than 300 players take part in two divisions and was jointly organised by the Northern High School Sports Association and the Launceston Football Club.
Schools represented included Exeter, Queechy, Riverside, Scottsdale, Launceston Christian School, Brooks High and Scotch Oakburn College.
“Queechy’s division 1 team won it for the fifth year in a row – we’ve only had it for the past five years and they haven’t been beaten yet and have won it every year,” NHSSA executive officer Andrew McCarthy said.
Scotch Oakburn finished second in division 1 and the Exeter B team dominated division 2 with Prospect second.
Organisers thanked the West Tamar Council for their support in making the day possible.
