Next on their calendar is the Northern Tasmania Singles Championships at the St Leonards venue.
The open, B grade and novice event on October 1 and 2 is expected to attract a similar quality field.
Players from North-East, Latrobe and Hobart were among the 26 participating at the doubles championships during very tight games with many vying for the 13th hoop.
Launceston’s best, Bob Godfrey, Grant Wilson and Kaye Jeffrey, had returned earlier this month from representing Tasmania at the Australian Interstate Shield.
