Police believe the store was deliberately set alight about 4.20am on Sunday morning.

“It’s certainly arson,” Detective Acting Inspector Bob Baker said on Monday.

Police will conduct interviews with members of the public in the coming days.

The shop’s damage bill could total $150,000.
