The workshops have been organised by NRM North and will be held at different northern farming regions over August. Mr Mickan will be discussing tips and tricks on making the best quality hay and silage.
The workshops will be run on August 23 at 9.30am until noon at Pipers Brook fire brigade hall and 2.30-5pm at the Imperial Hotel Branxholm; on August 24 at 9.30am until noon at Red Hills recreation ground, Deloraine and 6-8.30pm at the Fingal Neighbourhood House; on August 25 from 10am until 12.30pm at the Flinders Island Arts and Entertainment Centre.
