The Trevallyn businesswomen has set up a stall at the Harvest Launceston Community Farmers' Market, producing cultured butter using local ingredients.
Ms Morrison said she was passionate about high quality produce, and had a keen interest in fermentation.
“We’ve had such a great response, I woke up to Facebook messages saying it’s the best butter in the world,” she said.
“We sampled it on a piece sourdough and everyone loved it, I went through about a kilo of butter just in tastings.”
She said the fermentation process takes about 18 hours, where it then develops a rich and tangy flavour.
“After that we refrigerate it, and bring it out and churn it,” she said.
Ms Morrison said she hopes to one day expand, and a small number of products are also on offer at Stillwater Providore and Davies Grand Central.
