The amateur cooks have been mentored by Pepper Bush Adventures co-owner Craig Williams, through a four-week course focusing on Australian bushland cuisine.
Mr Williams said the Dorset Men’s Masterclass allowed men with no cooking experience to develop their skills in a relaxed environment.
“We use a few bush ingredients for canapés like atlantic salmon, with a bush twist, so we use some mountain pepper and some sassafras.”
The No Rules, No Recipes Dorset Men’s Masterclass Cooking classes concludes on Wednesday, July 6 and runs from 1pm onwards.
