The Blues are seventh on the TSL ladder with a 3-8 win-loss record and will be looking for a way to knock-off the ladder-leaders who are 9-2 and one of the premiership favourites.
“I think we just have some belief in ourselves and it might be a bit of a David versus Goliath battle but I don’t think it is impossible to beat them,” Hills said.
“I think we have to take our chances when we can get them – Glenorchy are very good at hurting people when they turn the ball over so we just have to do less of it.”
Launceston will be without Will Edmunds due to suspension and Chris Savage has broken a bone in his wrist with the length of his injury lay-off uncertain.
The Blues will be be without Joe Boyce for the final week of a three-week suspension.
But Hills indicated that the midfielder has decided to move on from the club for the rest of the season for personal reasons and is set to play with NTFA club Old Scotch.
Launceston regained Kurt McCabe, ruckman Hamish Leedham, Tom Cooper and Brendan Taylor.
Glenorchy named Caden Wilson for a return on their interchange but lost Scott Bennetts.
BURNIE regains Andrew Lee for their clash against Hobart City at West Park which helps strengthen their forward line and Brodie Knight returns to the team for his first game of the year after good form in the NWFL.
Proctor said Romain Grenville remained sidelined with a ongoing back complaint.
Hobart City included key forward Callen Dell, Liam Azzopardi and Gareth Delaney.
DEVONPORT named Ethan Stephenson, Ben Richmond, Brad Chard and Jordan Matthews as inclusions for their road trip south to play Lauderdale.
Lauderdale had two big inclusions of their own with key playmakers Kaine Waller and Bryce Walsh set to return.
Meanwhile, the TSL tribunal upheld the match review panel rulings on two incidents from the Glenorchy v Lauderdale game against Jaye Bowden for striking and Tim Butterworth for rough conduct deeming they did not warrant reports.
