Eight photographers will be selected for The Tamar Estuary in Words and Pictures competition, and their images will feature at an exhibition to be held later in the year.
The competition sees photographers select one of eight poems, tasked with interpreting a creative snap of the Tamar River.
NRM North community engagement manager Melissa Lewarn said the photographs would be seen by key stakeholders involved in the Tamar at the exhibition.
“NRM North will be there talking about the scientific work being done with the Tamar,” she said.
Submissions for the competition close August 12.
