The Suns formed in 2012 by merging the defunct Westbury and Hagley football clubs together as one.
Coincidentally, it was Hagley that Westbury defeated 20 years ago.
Suns reserves coach Ian Bernes said Suns player’s this weekend would wear the Tigers strip against Perth with 1996 premiership players Glenn Chapman, Paul Claxton and Ged Rowe to line up for the reserves.
“There is still a lot of people from that time involved in the club now,” Bernes said.
“It is very important that those families are still involved, because they are your tie to the community.
“I have converted the 1996 VHS of the grand final into a DVD for all the reunion players… we are expecting in excess of 500 people.”
He said several jumpers would be auctioned off after the $10 player teas at Meander’s home ground in Westbury.
The reserves match starts at 11.50am, followed by the seniors.
