So Ms Gillard will officially open the Northern Integrated Care Service building next to the Launceston General Hospital and the University of Tasmania Northern Clinical School on the top floor.

More than 250 people have registered for the three events as part of the Launceston community cabinet.
More than 100 Tasmanians will have one-on-one meetings in a series of 40 sessions with various cabinet ministers.
