Studentworks is a not-for-profit organisation at Rocherlea which works to teach disadvantaged students various career and life skills.
Each morning, the organisation's staff pick up students from across the North in a customised van.
But on January 28, the vehicle was reversed out of the Studentworks' shed and it hasn't been seen since.
Police are investigating the crime and have asked anyone with information to contact them on 131 444, or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
Studentworks general manager Shon McIntee believes the theft is linked to the double break-in of the Studentworks building in December.
He said without the van, staff will be forced to be drive around the state each morning and afternoon to collect and drop off the teenagers who desperately need their service to complete their education.
He has urged anyone with information to get into contact with police.
