An updated Southern Australia Seasonal Bushfire Outlook released on Monday has found more parts of Tasmania are expected to experience above normal fire conditions this season.
''In these areas, it is more likely that the resources required to fight bush fires from within a region will be insufficient, with resources required from other areas of an affected state,'' the update said.
Tasmania recorded the warmest October on record, and received low rain fall.
The updated outlook said the North, East, Midlands and South East are predicted to be at risk of an above normal fire season.
