Following their 46-point defeat over West Coast on Saturday, the three-time premiers will take a tour of Tasmania this week.
To celebrate the win, Hawthorn senior coach Alastair Clarkson and the premiership team will tour the state alongside their three premiership cups.
More than 3000 passionate fans came out in Launceston to witness the celebration in 2014 and this year is expected to be no different.
Launceston Mayor Albert van Zetten, who adopted the Hawks as his team for the final, said that the Grand Final win proved what a great team the Hawks were.
"They were an extremely professional club all the way through, they're a family club and it just showed at the Grand Final," Alderman van Zetten said.
"The team has really embraced Tasmania and they've had a lot of success on the field.
"The young kids will be able to go out and see their heroes. It's an incredible experience."
Premier Will Hodgman congratulated the club on their sensational Grand Final win.
"Our partnership with the Hawks delivers great economic and social benefits for Tasmania, especially as they are once again the nation's premier team," Mr Hodgman said.
"Under the current bonus structure the club will receive $300,000 for winning the 2015 Grand Final."
The Hawks will also visit Devonport and Hobart on their trip.
