The fire has been listed at advice alert level by the Tasmania Fire Service and has been burning since about 1pm today.
The road will be closed until further notice.
As of 4pm, eight trucks were attending a fire on Brockley Road at Buckland, putting the towns of Orford, Spring Beach And Rheban into an alert area.
Another advice alert level vegetation fire on Blackwells Road, Magra is being attended by three vehicles and has burned about 50 hectares of land.
No property was expected to be damaged by the three fires.
EARLIER: ADVICE warnings have been issued for two bushfires in the central and southern parts of the state.
A fire on Blackwell's Road at Magra near New Norfolk and a fire at Penstock Lagoon at Waddamana Road were listed at advice level on Saturday.
Both fires are located in severe fire danger rated areas.
More than 25 vegetation fires were burning in areas across Tasmania on Saturday, mainly in areas towards the south of the state.
People in areas near either of the advice level bushfires were urged to keep up to date through news organisations or on the Tasmania Fire Service Website.
